How long does production take?
We deliver your video in 14 business days for one video, and in 28 business days for 2 videos, from the complete brief and payment. An express 7-business-day option is available for a 30% surcharge.
How does feedback work?
You approve each key stage: script, storyboard, then animation. Your feedback is built in at every stage, according to the number of rounds set in your quote. Any change after approval requires prior agreement on its price and timeline.
Can I use the video everywhere?
Yes. Upon payment, you receive the full transfer of the video's exploitation rights: website, social media, ads, presentations, etc. Source files are available as an option.
Do you offer discounts for multiple videos?
Yes, we offer volume pricing for clients who order multiple videos. Contact us for a personalized quote.
What file formats are delivered?
